Leicester Square is a new construction project at the corner of Leicester and Loudoun Street in Old Town Winchester, Virginia. Stoneridge developed it within the design guidelines of the city’s historic district, so the new buildings sit comfortably beside their older neighbors.
Building new in a historic district means working with a review board and a set of design standards from the first sketch. This project went through that process and was approved.
